The 1% Club is an educational and training program designed to teach market structure, order flow and risk management. We provide education only and do not provide financial advice. Results will vary and are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By joining, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Payment Terms
All payments made for the Program are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. We may offer payment plans or financing options. Failure to complete a payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within The 1% Club - including but not limited to lessons, templates, frameworks, documents, videos, and resources is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not share, resell, copy, distribute, or modify our materials without explicit written permission.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all communities, calls, and interactions. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct may result in removal from the Program without refund.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee results, income, or business success. The strategies taught have worked for others but depend on personal effort, execution, and external factors beyond our control.
7. Confidentiality
You agree not to share confidential information from our calls, community, or internal materials with individuals outside the Program. We respect your privacy and expect the same in return.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any participant who violates these Terms or acts in a manner detrimental to the community.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages about your application, call scheduling, and appointment reminders. These messages are transactional only. We do not send promotional or marketing texts, trading tips, or trading alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
